Experience Our Party Equipment Rentals

We want to ensure the best experience for each of our customers.  Many times, the inflatable bounce house or water slide is the center of the party!  To ensure everything goes smoothly, we like to talk to each customer so that setup location, property access, access gate sizes, and electrical requirements are all sufficient for the unit they have selected.

The stated pricing includes delivery to our local delivery area which spans from Conroe to Magnolia to New Caney to Richards.  We do deliver outside of this area, but an additional charge may be required.

Cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards are accepted.  Credit cards will be accessed a 3% transaction fee.

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your requested rental date.

This varies, depending on how many units are going out that day and where they are located.  Your inflatable will be delivered prior to your requested time window.

Each inflatable units includes the unit itself, protective tarp, 100 ft extension cord for each blower, and a 100 ft water hose for applicable units.  Taller units will also include a Watchdog(TM) Inflatable Blower Siren.

Suitable surfaces include grass, asphalt, and concrete.  

Vinyl inflatables cannot be setup over gravel or areas with heavy roots/sticks.  These surfaces can wear through the vinyl on the bottom of the unit.

We monitor weather forecasts and stay in touch with our customers as their event approaches.    

If the rental is cancelled due to inclement weather prior to delivery, we will work with the client to reschedule or cancel if rescheduling is not an option.  No rental fee will be due.

Inclement weather after delivery shall be assessed the agreed upon rental fee.  

You can make changes to your rental order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date such as upgrading to a different inflatable. Requested changes will be subject to availability.

Incidents due to normal wear and tear on the unit are not the responsibility of the renter.  In the event damage occurs, immediately notify Conroe Inflatables LLC so that we can remedy the situation.

Incidents due to negligence on the renter's behalf will be the responsibilty of the renter.  Incidents of this nature include failure to follow the safety rules of the units, using the unit outside of its intended purpose, or not turning off the blowers in the event of a high wind situation.
